Ideal as a base for Behlen Stringed Instrument Lacquer with superior adhesion and clarity compared to conventional sealers * Works well as a moisture barrier and helps prevent bleeding in rosewood etc. and colour coats. Also helps block contaminents, such as oil and silicones, from migrating into top coats.
